Experience the power and passion of <\/span>Dance Theatre of Harlem<\/b> (DTH) April 16-19<\/strong> at New York City Center<\/strong> as the company returns with a bold, unforgettable season. The centerpiece is the revival of <\/span>Firebird<\/span><\/i>, DTH\u2019s iconic take on the classic tale of love and transformation. First created in 1982 by <\/span>John Taras<\/b>, with stunning sets and costumes by <\/span>Geoffrey Holder<\/b>, this signature work, set in the Caribbean, is a feast for the senses.<\/span><\/p>\n

The program also includes dynamic works by DTH Artistic Director <\/span>Robert Garland<\/b>, whose choreography blends classical ballet with a modern pulse as well as <\/span>William Forsythe<\/b> and <\/span>Jodie Gates<\/b>. Join us!<\/span><\/p>\n
